If people like you, they will listen to you. But if they trust you, they’ll do business with you.
— Zig Ziglar
Today, trust isn’t just about delivering great technology. It’s about how well you manage risk, protect data, and operate with long-term accountability. This is especially true in highly regulated sectors like healthcare, insurance, and finance.
For over 25 years, clients worldwide and across industries have trusted Radixweb to deliver business-critical tech solutions. This kind of trust isn’t built overnight, and it’s not something we take for granted.
Which is why I’m proud to share that Radixweb is now officially compliant to SOC 2 Type II standards.
This is a significant step for us.
Not because it changes how we work. But because it formally recognizes what we’ve been doing all along.
We’ve always taken data protection, system integrity, and operational discipline seriously. Now, that commitment is backed by one of the industry’s most rigorous auditing processes.
SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a standard developed by the AICPA. It evaluates how well a company protects client data based on five principles:
To get certified, an independent auditor reviews the company's policies and operations.
We’ve always believed that trust comes from consistency, not one-time checks. That's why we went for SOC2 Type II compliance auditing.
Well, Type I is a one-time assessment.
It checks whether a company has the right controls in place at a specific moment. This is a good starting point, but it doesn’t tell you whether those controls actually work over time.
Type II, which we comply with, is far more detailed.
It looks at how well a company follows those controls over a longer period (typically six months or more). It answers a more important question: Is the company consistent in how it protects your data?
Some of our policies that make us enterprise-ready, globally aligned and helped us achieve the certification:
None of these systems were put in place just for the audit. They’ve been a part of our internal culture and operational model for years. The certification simply proves that we do what we say and that we keep doing it every day.
Whether you're working with us or considering a partnership, SOC 2 Type II certification is a signal that Radixweb is built for high-stakes environments. Here's what it means:
Your data is handled with strict access controls, encryption, and ongoing monitoring. We’ve put strong systems in place to keep it safe at every stage.
Our infrastructure is designed for uptime, speed, and resilience. You can count on us to deliver without disruptions.
If you need to meet industry standards, our certification reduces your vendor risk. We’ve already passed key security benchmarks.
Security checks often delay new partnerships. Our certification makes it easier for your infosec teams to clear us without added back-and-forth.
Security is part of everyone’s role at Radixweb, not just IT. From engineers to HR, we all follow the same high standards.
So, when you work with Radixweb, you're not just getting a technology partner. You're getting a team that treats your business with the same care as you do.
This certification validates the culture of responsibility, discipline, and transparency we’ve built over the years.
But it didn’t happen overnight, and it didn’t happen because of one team or one department. It took the efforts of every individual at Radixweb. From developers and system engineers to project managers and support staff, everyone played a part in getting us here. And I’m deeply grateful for their dedication and commitment.
To our clients, thank you for your continued trust. And to those exploring a relationship with us, I hope this gives you even more confidence in choosing us.
We’ll continue to uphold that trust with the same care and integrity that brought us here. If you have questions or would like to learn more about our SOC 2-compliant processes, please get in touch with us here.
