RXNavratri 2025: Where Colors, Music, and Team Spirit Come Alive

Work, innovation, and deadlines are all important. But at Radixweb, we also believe that occasionally, you should stop working and start grooving! On 20th September 2025, we Radixians came together to celebrate Navratri in full rhythm. This year’s #RXNavratri celebration echoed the spirit of joy, culture, and togetherness.

Celebrating Culture, Strengthening Bonds

Navratri, the festival of nine nights, honors the divine mother and holds a special place in every Radixian’s hearts, so we made sure that #RXNavratri2025 honored this tradition with zeal. Dressed in bright, traditional outfits, every team exited the meeting rooms and stepped onto the open grounds, welcoming one another with cheerful smiles and festive warmth.

What made this night special was how every department – design, development, sales, HR, marketing, management, accounting, etc., - everyone came together and danced their hearts off. The delicious food, echoes of folk music, festive decor, and vibrant hues created the perfect backdrop of togetherness and festivity.

Garba, Dandiya, and Serendipity

Radixweb’s garba and dandiya sessions always steal the show, and 2025 was also the same. As soon as the aarti was offered in devotion to the almighty Goddess, a hush of solemn respect was felt in the atmosphere. Then began the magical night – the starting of the folk tunes, the beats of the drums intensifying, and all Radixians – from beginners to pros – grooved to the rhythm. Some mastering every step, while others chuckling at the missteps. But each of them was united by music, dance, and high spirits.

Our in-house DJ spun a fusion of classic Garba music with energetic, upbeat remixes, keeping everyone on the move and energized through each song. The freshers and seniors danced, grooved, and enjoyed together. What made this #RXNavratri magical and memorable is that while dancing in those circles, formalities take a back seat.

Families, Warmth, and Happy Memories

Our leaders at Radixweb strongly believe that individuals should be their authentic selves, and this celebration was a true reflection of that belief. Also, spouses, children, and families brought an extra sparkle to the night. Little ones bounced around, mimicking the dance moves. Parents clamped and cheered, clicked beautiful photos, and twirled around. The atmosphere of festivity and cheerfulness was solidified by relationships beyond the workplace - by family bonds.

More Than Just Dance: Food and Fun

While garba moves took the spotlight, the night also helped employees from different departments to break the ice, interact over non‐work topics, and foster camaraderie.

And of course—the delicious food! The Navratri feast at Radixweb is no afterthought. The vast spread included authentic Indian delicacies. Every dish, every bite felt like a little festival of flavor in itself. The variety, the aroma, and the taste of the dishes all captured the festive spirit.

Moments To Remember

Even as the dance circles unraveled and the DJ’s beats tapered off, the memories lingered. Photos captured spontaneous joy, shared laughter, and graceful twirls. Videos recorded group selfies, little dance moves, kids following in elders’ footsteps.
