The customer

The client is leading solution provider in UK and wanted to launch a reunion community portal for Zimbabwean with the all age group of Zimbabwean across the globe. Through this community portal, client wanted to provide specific contents of interest, chats, forums, mail to communicate and other functionality. Web Site should have support to dynamic and static content with articles, with text, animations, and sounds. Portal should have a back office for content uploading and work flow management, basic accounting, and member management and approval process.

The Solution

We had developed full community portal for Zimbabwean.

Member can use search on the basis of events, schools, places, and entire site. Member can mail to each others members and post there experience memories etc.

Two access levels – Registered users and anonymous users. The registered users will be able to access all the services and information. Value added services like chat-room; mail and special area are only for registered users. The anonymous users can access only basic information.

Detail back office management with work flow planning and management for multiple user of back end back office. Back office includes Content management, Content Review, Approval, business reports and accounting status.

Full project was commenced starting from requirement analysis till the site went live and backoffice functionality was developed offshore at our premises in India.

Also worked on website optimization for better result in search engine also done search engine submission.
