    3 to 5 yrs of hands on experience in Java/J2EE with exposure to recent java related technologies and frameworks are must. Full-Life-Cycle Development experience coupled with good communication skills & excellent people management skills



    Responsibilities:
    • Project delivery and Team management.
    • Lead the requirement analysis and design phases.
    • Estimation, planning and execution of Module/project.
    • Design/Coding/Testing/ Debugging.
    • To be a part of Each and every process of project management.
    • Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
